• Whether the work is an insurance claim (yes, no, not sure)
• Roof age (optional)
• Whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages

The form also records attribution data automatically, without your typing anything: the Google click identifiers gclid, gbraid and wbraid; campaign parameters utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content; and the page (landing_page) you submitted from. These show which ad or link brought you to us.

Phone calls

If you call us, calls may be recorded and tracked (for example, to measure which ads generate calls, for quality and training). Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as website, advertising measurement, communications and customer-management tools) and when required by law. customer relationship software, website hosting, advertising and analytics providers, and phone and text messaging providers We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal or accounting requirements. as long as needed to serve your request and meet legal obligations
